TR Build provides AI-enabled construction advisory and MEP/HVAC engineering services, including but not limited to:

• MEP and HVAC engineering design and consulting
• Estimation and quantity takeoff services
• Project controls and remote project management office (PMO) services
• AI-assisted drawing analysis and document processing

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are the exclusive property of TR Build or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Materials

You retain all ownership rights to materials, drawings, and data you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

Service Deliverables

All deliverables, including but not limited to engineering designs, estimates, drawings, and reports, are provided in accordance with agreed-upon scopes of work and professional standards.

• Deliverables are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment, unless otherwise specified
• TR Build retains the right to use deliverables for portfolio and marketing purposes

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

Professional Standards and Liability

TR Build provides professional engineering and advisory services with reasonable skill and care. However:

• Services are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of specific project outcomes
• Clients are responsible for final decision-making and implementation
• We recommend independent verification of critical calculations and designs by licensed professionals
• AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by qualified engineers before delivery

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TR Build shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the fees paid for the specific service in question
• Delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Specific liability limits may be outlined in individual service agreements and professional liability insurance policies.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project data, and proprietary materials. Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the service engagement. Details are typically outlined in separate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• By mutual written agreement
• For material breach of terms, with appropriate notice
• By providing notice as specified in the service agreement

Upon termination, payment for completed work is due, and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TR Build harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
